PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Building on my academic experience as a game dev, I have been building games professionally since September 2021, starting as a Junior Designer and climbing my way up to a mid-level Narrative Designer at Archiact.

  • GEARS OF WAR: E-DAY @ THE COALITION (2024) — an unannounced AAA title for The Coalition.

  • JOURNEY TO FOUNDATION @ ARCHIACT (2022 - 2023) — a narrative-driven RPG VR title set in Asimov’s Foundation universe.

  • HORIZON WORLDS @ ARCHIACT (2021) — small and medium games built for Meta’s Horizon Worlds.

ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE

Previously, I designed and wrote the narratives for for three indie games produced by small, interdisciplinary teams at SFU’s School of Interactive Arts and Technology from 2018-2019.

  • THE FURROW (2019) — a sweeping narrative roguelike RPG with a layered, branching narrative system.

  • TIME’S PAST (2018) — a lighthearted adventure-puzzle game about LGBT love and the impermanence of all things.

  • LUX VR (2018) — an immersive VR experience that builds a meaningful connection between mute alien creature and player.
